Do my customers need a new app?
No. They chat with your shop's bot in Telegram.
Does it really understand Khmer?
It's built for Khmer text and answers in Khmer or English. It answers from your information, so clear FAQ give the best answers. Try it in the test chat before your bot starts answering customers.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so and passes the chat to your team. It never makes up prices.
Can my staff reply themselves?
Yes. Staff can take over any chat and reply as your shop.
Which AI does it use?
Our hosted plans include the AI (Google Gemini). You can also connect your own key for Gemini, OpenAI, Claude and others.
Where is the data kept?
On servers in Singapore. Customer messages are processed by the AI provider you use, which may be outside Cambodia. Messages are deleted after 90 days.
Can customers delete their data?
Yes, at any time, from the chat.
Which businesses can't use it?
Sensitive sectors: health, finance, legal, services for children, gambling, politics, adult content, weapons and crypto.
